Golder Associates New Office & Fit-Up

Golder Associates New Office & Fit-Up

Office

Doran was contracted to develop the new Golder campus for Eastern Ontario. The development included the transformation of an existing 17,000ft² steel structure to a Class A office space complete with a new state of the art laboratory. The envelope of the existing building was removed and replaced to match the new three-storey 45,000ft² modernist-influenced building which was constructed directly behind the existing building. The new three-storey building was designed and constructed to LEED Silver standards and consists of a steel structure with a footprint of approximately 15,000ft². The envelope has a combination of composite aluminum panels and pre-formed metal siding. The buildings are connected by a link and have an exterior courtyard, completing the new Golder campus.

Doran also completed the fit-up for the 62,000ft² office, meeting, and special-purpose space.
