Project Description:

This complex consists of 3 blocks.

The central portion of the site is occupied by a 26,000 sq. ft. retail shopping centre complex constructed of structural steel with metal stud infill and clad with brick veneer front and sides and precast concrete rear wall panels.

The West end of the site, adjacent to Main Street, is the home of the new 5,300 sq. ft. Scotiabank complex scheduled to open in January, 2004.

A full service Tim Horton's building, constructed by Tim Horton's own general contractor, anchors the East end of the site.
