Project Description:

The new Dormitory is a four storey, load bearing masonry structure built on reclaimed land on the shore of lake Ontario. The building is clad in stone with a copper roof.

The Dormitory project was contracted on a design / build basis. Doran and the architect were able to reduce the building cost by $1,000,000 while increasing the functional space and bringing the project in on the client’s budget.
