Taggart Construction has built a business by providing trouble-free results in underground construction.

For 50 years, the company has been solving the intricacies of demanding projects. Customers across Eastern Ontario and the St.Lawrence Valley can attest to the quality of its work. Harold Taggart laid the foundation for Taggart construction when he started building homes in the 40s. Noticing a lack of excavation services, he bought a backhoe and shortly afterward started the company’s specialized underground work.

Fired by his enthusiasm, the operation flourished and became the family enterprise that provided the energy for the growth of the rest of the Taggart Group.
