residential condominium development located in the east end of Ottawa, a short distance
from the banks of the Rideau River. The project is a combination of apartments and
townhouses on a two acre site. It features a central courtyard off of which a variety of
units are accessed. The courtyard is carefully landscaped and serves as a focal point for
the project.Doran was brought in to complete the project after the bankruptcy of the original developer in the early stages of the work. Our strong organizational and scheduling abilities led to the successful restarting and smooth completion of the project. |
