apartment building is built on a rock outcrop overlooking Dow's Lake in Ottawa. Two level
underground parking required extensive rock excavation. This facility utilized "state
of the art" mechanical systems and architectural finishes of the highest order. The
project was completed by a construction schedule to meet very tight guidelines.The Lakelander Condominium was awarded first prize for highrise condominium construction by the Ottwaw-Carleton Home Builders Association in 1989. |
