Project Description:

A 125,000 sq.ft. retail shopping centre complex constructed with structural steel with metal stud infill and precast concrete wall panels. Designed for the upper scale retailer, these distinctive stone, brick and stucco buildings were completed on budget and on schedule.

The main building houses high profile local and national stores including CD Warehouse, Bleeker, Shoppers Drug Mart and Market Fresh. A 4,000 sq.ft. building pad houses Dairy Queen, Quizno's (base building and fit-ups by Doran), and a 6,700 is wholly occupied by The Beer Store.
