Project Description:

A three storey structural steel addition to an existing four storey building.  This challenging project featured the addition of laboratories, classrooms and support space over a continuously occupied high tech laboratory and classroom building. 

Doran Contractors Limited acted as Construction Managers to Carleton University.  In adition to procurement and coordination of construction, we performed cost and schedule control functions.

This complicated project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule enabling the University to hold classes in the facility at the start of the September 2000 term.
