Project Description:

The first phase of the site development consisted of a five storey steel framed, 100,000 square foot office tower.  The building was clad in an aluminum curtainwall featuring blue reflective and vision glass.

Doran, with the owner and design team, worked to adapt the building to materials and manpower available, to deliver the project on schedule and on budget.
