Royal Military
College Dormitory, Kingston

The new Dormitory
is a four storey, load bearing masonry structure built on reclaimed
land on the shore of lake Ontario. The building is clad in stone
with a copper roof. The Dormitory project was contracted on
a design / build basis. Doran and the architect were able to
reduce the building cost by $1,000,000 while increasing the
functional space and bringing the project in on the client’s
budget.
North
Grenville Community Complex, Kemptville

Design
Build the North Grenville Community Complex consisting of a
twin pad arena, municipal offices, theatre/ council chambers,
etc.
Morguard Bantree Avenue Warehouse Value:
$ 10,700,000
A Design/Build,
257,000 square foot industrial warehouse incorporates a steel
frame with insulated precast panels and curtainwall glazing
throughout the office element of the project. Twenty-six foot
clear height ESFR Category IV sprinkler coverage. Twenty-four
truck level loading docks are also a major design feature.
